Recharge limits and cautions

A recharge must be $10–$10,000. Alipay/WeChat Pay is capped at $150 per payment, and an account can have at most 5 pending orders.

Limits and cautions

  • Payment orders are valid for 30 minutes. After expiry, create a new order and do not pay the old address or QR code.
  • No order is created when the amount is below or above the allowed range.
  • Balance and bonus update only after successful payment.
