What are the minimum and maximum recharge amounts?
$10–$10,000 per recharge; Alipay and WeChat Pay are capped at $150.
When is the bonus credited?
After successful payment, as a separate gift transaction. Pending and expired orders receive none.
Why can I not create another order?
An account can have at most 5 pending orders. Complete, expire, or resolve existing orders first.
Can I pay an expired order?
Do not pay it. Create a new order and use its payment details.
