Why is the Create button disabled?
Usually the country is missing, file inspection is in progress, quantity is out of range, or balance is insufficient.
Are duplicate numbers removed automatically?
No. Duplicates are processed and billed normally; use Cleaner first.
Am I charged when a task fails?
The charge occurs at creation and is refunded automatically in full after failure.
Why can I not find an old task?
Task Center loads only the 100 most recent tasks; use the task ID or contact support.
