Start with the interface message. If support is needed, provide the task or record ID, error code, time, and a redacted screenshot.

|---|---|
| Invalid credentials | Verify email and password; reset the password if needed. |
| Rate limited | Stop repeated submissions and retry later. |
| Empty/invalid file | Check first column, encoding, and extension, then export again. |
| Quantity out of range | Split or expand the file to match the project range. |
| Insufficient balance | Recharge or reduce quantity and retry. |
| Unsupported country | Choose a supported country and verify phone country codes. |
| Payment provider unavailable | Retry later or choose another displayed channel. |
| Task error | Expand for stage/code; confirm refund and correct the input. |
