Account security

Your balance can create paid tasks, so protect NexCheck credentials as you would a payment account.

Limits and cautions

  • Use a strong password unique to NexCheck.
  • Use “Remember me” only on trusted devices and sign out before leaving shared devices.
  • Never provide your password, verification code, or full payment address to anyone asking for it.
  • If you notice an unexpected task or transaction, keep a redacted screenshot and the relevant time, then contact support from the lower-right chat button.
